Minneapolis Hair and Scalp Specialist Joins Local Wellness Collective
1000ROOTS, a trichology practice, joins Flex Wellness in Minnesota
When I first started studying the science behind hair and scalp health, I knew I wanted to help people feel seen and supported in their journey toward healthy hair. That’s why I’m so excited to now be part of Flex Wellness, a collaborative wellness space in Minneapolis. I’ll be offering individualized hair and scalp consultations — combining science, care, and a root-cause approach to hair health.
Flex is a Twin Cities area space bringing together independent providers across massage therapy, skincare, aesthetics, mobility, and more. I’m proud to be joining a team that supports holistic, whole-body health — from the inside out.
Flex Wellness was founded by Bryanna Watkins, LMT, a massage therapist contracted with the Minnesota Vikings, to offer a premium wellness experience for both clients and practitioners. “I wanted to build a space where exceptional professionals could run their own practices in a dynamic, collaborative environment—and where clients could find a wide range of expert care all in one place,” said Watkins. What I Offer and Who It Is For:
I work with people of all ages who are experiencing hair or scalp concerns — whether that’s hair loss, excessive shedding, breakage, thinning, alopecia or chronic scalp conditions like dandruff, seborrheic dermatitis, psoriasis, or eczema.
My consultations are one-on-one, personalized sessions where we explore your hair and scalp health in-depth. I take a root-cause approach, combining science-based assessment with holistic support to help you understand what’s happening and how to care for your scalp and hair with confidence.
Whether you have a child dealing with flaking or irritation, you’re a new mom noticing changes in your hair, or someone who’s tried everything to stop hair loss and still doesn’t feel heard — I’m here to help.
